Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for merchandise ordered from our online store unless the merchandise is defective in the material and/or workmanship. We only offer an exchange for the exact same item for products requiring exchange due to defects in materials and/or workmanship. Please check your order very carefully... thanks.

There is sometimes the need to return an item and we understand this need. We are also very aware of the abuse of this opportunity which some people engage in. We have a very strict policy concerning the return of any used item... We don't accept them.

  • We do NOT accept returns on items which have been USED.
  • Sorry, We do NOT loan items for the week-end trip.
  • We must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt, with intent to return.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Any item must be in original resalable condition.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
  • RMA from our offices will be required for any return.
